Spellman Brady & Company is providing furniture and artwork planning services for Western Missouri Medical Center. We recently completed phase 1, which is an expansion of a new patient pavilion with 75 private rooms and multiple building renovations including radiology department, LDR, and a dining area.

Spellman Brady & Company completed full interior design services for Wesley Pines, including finish selections, FF&A specifications and procurement services for the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing buildings. Areas included dining rooms, country kitchens, activities areas, library, exercise room, living area and support spaces, as well as a separate free-standing multipurpose building.

Spellman Brady & Company completed the furniture planning, specification, procurement, and installation management for the Washington University Danforth Center. The project included the lounge spaces, student commons areas, dining areas, and other gathering spaces.

This  71,000 sf, five-story Webster University Emerson Library is the centerpiece of Webster's academic resources, and the intellectual hub for their home campus.The library includes a cyber cafe, lecture conference room, group study rooms, listening/viewing area, eCommons, and a faculty development center.   Spellman Brady provided the interior design and complete furniture package for the library.

Spellman Brady & Company provided the furniture and signage packages for this 3-story, 44,000 sq. ft. building which houses three departments: Biological and Physical Sciences, Business Administration, and Human Environmental Sciences. The building was reconfigured to include 13 classrooms, 35 faculty offices, 6 labs, a demonstration kitchen and student lounge. Spellman Brady was responsible for furniture specification, procurement, signage/wayfinding, assessory specifications, procurement and installation management.
