BJC Progress West HealthCare Center is a 170,000 SF, 72-bed, five level facility, which sits on a 48-acre site in O’Fallon, Missouri. Spellman Brady & Company provided FF&A services for this new facility, which included emergency department with 12 treatment rooms, six-bed intensive care unit and private inpatient rooms, endoscopy suite, a labor and delivery area, four surgical suites, 14 recovery rooms, laboratories, pharmacy, diagnostic and treatment units, imaging, dietary services and space for support services.
