Spellman Brady & Company has recently completed this addition/renovation,  providing interior finishes, interior design and detailing, decorative lighting, and FF&A specification and procurement management. The project included renovating areas in the existing Independent Living Building in order to create an exercise room and group fitness/cardio room. Other amenities are an arts and crafts studio, multi-purpose room, convenient store and salon. 

To enhance the current dining program and offer residents additional dining choices, a lounge/bar and casual dining/bistro addition was included as well.  Part of our design process was to present design concepts and finish options to the resident committee.
