Diana Spellman, nee Brady, was simply born to be a designer. As early as first grade, Diana would sneak a flashlight under her covers after “lights out” and draw and redraw floor plans for her ideal bedroom. Now, as President and Co-owner of Spellman Brady & Company, she loves the variety of her work, from building relationships with clients and finding design solutions, to overseeing the process of an interiors project successfully coming together.

Her optimism and never-give-up attitude are what fueled her single-handedly building the Artwork Master Planning team.  Yes, she is determined, but she also has a great sense of humor and loves to play practical jokes. Still, of all she has accomplished, being a really good mom to her two children David and Dani, is her proudest achievement of all.

Stan Spellman

Senior Vice President

As founder and co-owner of Spellman Brady & Company, Stan’s expertise in interior architecture, planning and design combined with 35 years of experience proves instrumental in guiding the design team. Stan is a highly respected and passionate designer, but under his calm demeanor lies a true problem solver and meticulous planner, a key to keeping work flowing smoothly. Working closely with people—clients and employees—is the best part of Stan’s job.

A Kansas native, Stan grew up dreaming of being a designer and therefore wasted no time choosing Kansas State University for his Bachelor of Interior Architecture degree. On a day-to-day basis he collaborates with the project team to seamlessly integrate the interior architectural details, finishes, lighting, MEP systems and furnishings.

Stan enjoys sailing—it’s where he’d like to spend much (all) of his free time. He is involved in St. Louis IIDA and heads the very prestigious Spellman Brady & Company Bowling League. He is a devoted husband to co-founder Diana, and father of two.
